Author Registration Guidelines
Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee.
Student Registration fees do not ensure paper publication. Student authors must pay the full registration fees (Member or Non-Member) to cover the cost of publication.
Each full author registration fee can cover up to 1 paper. If you are an author on more than 1 paper, you will need to purchase an Additional Paper Fee equal to $100.00 USD/￥680 RMB in the registration platform. Only 2 additional papers can be purchased.
Accepted papers will be subject to the normal registration requirements of this conference.
For an accepted paper to be presented, at least one author must be registered, with payment by September 10. No exceptions.
Presentation certificates will be provided to those who have successfully presented their work during IEEE RASSE 2026.
Important Notes
One registration account entitles the registrant to one badge, one set of conference materials and meal coupons.
Refund Policy
All refund requests should be sent to RASSE2026@163.com .
On or before September 27 | 100% refund
September 28 - October 25 | 50% refund
On or after October 26 | No refund
